Purchase Terms Policy and Return Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our company offers the following consulting services:<\/p>\n

  • Basic Consulting<\/strong>
    \nPrice: 120\u20ac<\/strong>
    \nService aimed at providing general and fundamental guidance for the client’s needs.<\/li>\n
  • Comprehensive Consulting<\/strong>
    \nPrice: 300\u20ac<\/strong>
    \nIncludes an in-depth analysis and comprehensive support throughout the entire process required by the client.<\/li>\n
  • Personalized Consulting<\/strong>
    \nPrice: To be consulted<\/strong>
    \nService fully tailored to the client\u2019s specific needs. Quoted individually after a free initial assessment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2. Purchase Terms<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • The hiring of any of the services implies full acceptance of these terms.<\/li>\n
    • Payment must be made via PayPal.<\/li>\n
    • For the Personalized Consulting<\/strong> service, a free preliminary meeting must be scheduled to define the scope of the service and establish the corresponding quote.<\/li>\n
    • Once the payment is confirmed, the client will receive a confirmation email and the work schedule.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      3. Cancellation and Refund Policies<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Basic and Comprehensive Consulting:<\/strong>
        \no Cancellations with a full refund are accepted if requested within 24 hours of purchase and before<\/strong> the service has started.<\/strong>
        \noIf the service has already started (for example, if materials have been delivered or a first session has taken place), there will be no refund.<\/strong>
        \no In cases of duly justified force majeure, a partial refund or rescheduling may be considered, subject to availability.<\/li>\n
      • Personalized Consulting:<\/strong>
        \no Due to the exclusive and tailor-made nature of the service, no returns or refunds are accepted<\/strong> once the quote has been accepted and the first payment made.
        \nThe service may be rescheduled if notified at least 48 hours in advance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        4. Service Modifications<\/strong><\/p>\n

        • Any request to modify the contracted service must be made in writing and will be subject to evaluation.<\/li>\n
        • We reserve the right to modify prices and terms without prior notice, except for contracts that have already been signed and are in progress.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
