1. Services Offered
Our company offers the following consulting services:
- Basic Consulting
Price: 120€
Service aimed at providing general and fundamental guidance for the client’s needs. - Comprehensive Consulting
Price: 300€
Includes an in-depth analysis and comprehensive support throughout the entire process required by the client. - Personalized Consulting
Price: To be consulted
Service fully tailored to the client’s specific needs. Quoted individually after a free initial assessment.
2. Purchase Terms
- The hiring of any of the services implies full acceptance of these terms.
- Payment must be made via PayPal.
- For the Personalized Consulting service, a free preliminary meeting must be scheduled to define the scope of the service and establish the corresponding quote.
- Once the payment is confirmed, the client will receive a confirmation email and the work schedule.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policies
- Basic and Comprehensive Consulting:
o Cancellations with a full refund are accepted if requested within 24 hours of purchase and before the service has started.
oIf the service has already started (for example, if materials have been delivered or a first session has taken place), there will be no refund.
o In cases of duly justified force majeure, a partial refund or rescheduling may be considered, subject to availability. - Personalized Consulting:
o Due to the exclusive and tailor-made nature of the service, no returns or refunds are accepted once the quote has been accepted and the first payment made.
The service may be rescheduled if notified at least 48 hours in advance.
4. Service Modifications
- Any request to modify the contracted service must be made in writing and will be subject to evaluation.
- We reserve the right to modify prices and terms without prior notice, except for contracts that have already been signed and are in progress.
